Packaging design for Caudalie China's Chinese New Year campaign, blending French vineyard heritage with modern aesthetics
WHAT WE ACHIEVED:
Caudalie China required gift set packaging design for Chinese New Year. They wanted the design to reflect their French vineyard heritage while making them eye-catching, standout, and modern.
HOW WE DID IT:
Main Visual Elements:
We kept the grapevine leaf and grapes as the main visual elements. These were hand-painted, scanned, and vectorized to create high-quality digital assets.
Pattern & Color:
We generated patterns and experimented with various colorways. The final pattern was chosen to be red and gold, auspicious colors for Chinese New Year, while keeping the colors mid-tone to maintain a modern look.
MY ROLE:
As the design lead, I managed the process from concept to execution. I ensured the final campaign visuals effectively represented Caudalie's heritage and modern appeal, resulting in well-received, high-quality prints and impactful imagery from the final photo shoot.
